Mariea is a chef with more than 20 years of experience and a deep belief that caring for people starts with what you give them. For years, that care has shown up in the meals she prepares, the way she welcomes people in, and the attention she gives to what goes into the food she serves.
Phoenix Tea grew from that same place.
She began preparing the blend for friends, family, and people in her circle because she cared about how they felt and what they were putting into their bodies. One person shared it with another. Friends told family. People came back for more.
Before long, the circle had grown.

Each batch starts with real ginger, turmeric, and garlic. The ingredients are cleaned, prepared, and slowly brought together to allow their bold flavor, warmth, and natural character to develop throughout the blend.
The tea is then strained, bottled, and chilled so it’s ready to keep in the refrigerator and reach for whenever it fits your routine — whether that’s part of your everyday or one of those days when you feel like you could use a little extra care.
